Eligible electors of Floyd County Supervisor District 3 have the right to file a petition with the County Auditor requiring that the vacancy be filled by special election.  The petition requires a minimum of 192 signatures of eligible electors in Floyd County Supervisor District 3 and must be filed within 14 days after publication of this notice or within 14 days of the actual appointment.
